Allow up to 8 working days from your email to the money appearing in your account. Here is where that time goes.
Three things happen after you email us, and each has its own clock.
Once we process a refund, the money leaves us straight away. The remaining wait is the card networks and your bank moving it between themselves, which we cannot speed up.
Refunds always go back to the payment method you used to buy the course.
If it has been more than 5 working days since we told you the refund was processed, email hello@oba.uk and we will chase it with the payment provider. Mention the course name and the date you requested the refund.
