Refund policy

1. The 7-day money-back guarantee

Every course comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within 7 days of purchase that a course is not for you, we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@oba.uk with the name of the course you want refunded, within 7 days of the purchase date. If the order contained several courses, list each one you want refunded.

We confirm every request within 1 working day.

3. Timescales

Once your request is confirmed, the rest runs on a predictable clock. Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed.

• We process the refund within 2 working days.
• Your bank typically takes a further 3-5 working days to show the money in your account.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order.

4. Bundles

A bundle is one product and is refunded as a whole within the 7 days. We cannot refund individual courses inside a bundle, even if you have finished one of them.

If you are not sure a bundle is right for you, buy the single course you need first. You can always come back for the rest.

5. After the 7 days

After 7 days we do not offer refunds as standard. Lifetime access means the course is there whenever you are ready to come back to it, which solves the most common reason people ask.

That said, we are human. If something exceptional has happened, email us and we will look at it case by case. Sometimes the right answer is a swap to a course that fits your goal better, rather than a refund.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our guarantee sits alongside those rights; it does not replace them.
