Email hello@oba.uk with the name of the course within 7 days of purchase. That is the whole process. We will confirm your request within 1 working day.
Every course comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you start a course and decide it is not for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you.
You do not need a reason, though we always appreciate hearing one. It helps us make the courses better.
Send an email to hello@oba.uk and include the name of the course you would like refunded. If you bought more than one course in the same order, tell us which ones.
We confirm every refund request within 1 working day and process the refund within 2 working days. Your bank then typically takes 3-5 working days to show the money back in your account.
Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is processed. Any other courses you own are not affected.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this. The guarantee sits alongside them, not instead of them.
Bundles are refunded as a whole within the 7 days, even if you have finished one of the included courses. We cannot refund individual courses inside a bundle.
