When not to buy this course
If your workplace runs on Power BI, learn that instead. The ideas transfer, but you get more from practising in the tool you will actually use, and our Power BI course covers the same ground on the Microsoft side.
Good to know
No. Tableau Public is free and covers everything in the course. The paid version matters mainly when you need to keep data private, and the skills carry straight across.
Check job ads for the roles you want and pick the tool they name. Power BI is more common in Microsoft-centred workplaces; Tableau is strong in analytics-heavy teams. Learning either makes the second one far quicker.
No. The course works from files and sample sources. SQL becomes useful when you want to query databases yourself, and our SQL course is the natural next step.
Every OBA certificate can be verified online by an employer, and the dashboards you publish along the way are proof anyone can click through.
It is self-paced with lifetime access, so you set the rhythm. Short sessions add up faster than you would expect.
